ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of both parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product/service specified below, which has been ordered by the Buyer through the www.techstor.com.tr website. It is drafted in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT/SERVICE INFORMATION
The type, quantity, brand/model, color, sales price, and payment method of the product/service subject to sale are determined based on the details provided on the order confirmation page at the time of purchase by the Buyer.
ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT/SERVICE
4.1. The product shall be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer during the order process via a shipping company within the timeframe stated in the product descriptions.
4.2. The delivery costs shall be borne by the Buyer unless otherwise stated. The Seller shall not include delivery costs in the sales price unless explicitly mentioned.
ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date the product is delivered to them or to a third party designated by them, without providing any justification or paying any penalty.
5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing within this period and return the product under the conditions specified in this agreement.
5.3. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the returned product/service must be sent back to the Seller within 10 days from the delivery date.
ARTICLE 6 – GENERAL TERMS
6.1. The Buyer declares that they have read and acknowledged the essential characteristics, sales price, payment terms, and delivery details of the product/service on www.techstor.com.tr and provided the necessary confirmation electronically.
6.2. The Buyer shall inspect the product/service before accepting delivery. They must not accept products that are damaged, broken, or with torn packaging from the shipping company. Once the product is received, it will be deemed undamaged and in good condition.
ARTICLE 7 – COMPETENT COURT
In the event of any disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and the Istanbul Courts shall have jurisdiction.
ARTICLE 8 – ENFORCEMENT
By completing the payment for the order placed on www.techstor.com.tr, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.

In case of any disputes regarding the execution of this agreement, this draft shall be considered valid, and the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code and other relevant legislation shall apply.
